Prices and discounts

The prices apply for a minimum stay of 3 nights per apartment and night, with occupancy of minimum 2 persons.

The prices include: Bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV and radio, electricity and heating, final cleaning.

As of 01.01.2014, we are committed to collect a community residence tax of 1,35 € per person and night for all persons over 14 years.

Baby equipment is available free of charge upon request.

Pets

Pets are allowed, a cleaning fee of 30 € is charged.
For your four-legged family members we charge 6 € per day (food is not included). Please bring your own basket or blanket for your pet.

Additional charges and terms of payment

Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit of 100 € per week has been paid.

The fee for final cleaning is already included in the price.

For stays inferior to 3 days, the high season price is charged.

Payment: Please pay cash on site.

Arrival: On arrival day, we expect you starting from 14 o’clock. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but the apartment will ready for you only at 14 o’clock. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.

Departure: On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 10 o’clock. Other times are possible upon request.

Please understand that in case of late cancellations (1 week prior to the start of your holiday) we will retain the deposit, and in case of a late arrival or early departure we will charge 100 % (counting from the starting day of your holiday) of the total price.
